One warehouse order contains 2 warehouse tasks WT1 and WT2
WT1 source bin A1 Destination Bin D1
WT2 source bin A2 Destination Bin D1
Confirm the warehouse tasks in RF device through the Manual
Selection and Warehouse Order.
The screen sequence appearing in our case is as follows.
Our requirement of screen sequence
We have found the way to meet the requirement through
exception code NEXT.
But we want the requirement to be met without exception because
it is our normal process and operator entering exception code every time is
cumbersome.
Please give pointers how to achieve this.

Hi,
sounds like you only want one warehouse task per warehouse order.
You need to adjust the warehouse order creation rule.
EWM - Cross Process Settings - Warehouse Order - Define Limit Values
the system default "MX01" seems to be a good example as it has one taks per order
Assign this to you warehouse order creation rule and you should see an improvement.
The stock removal rule is not the right way forward as it only determines which stock to take for the order but not how to assign it to the ressource.

You are right Joerg. It is possible thorugh one WO per one WT.
But we have the reqiurement of one WO per delivery so that all the WTs pertaining to one ODO is assigned to one warehosue operator.
So our WO will always may have multiple tasks linked.
But the operator works with fork lift truck and he/she can handle one pallet at a time.
So we want pick form source - drop at destination and again pick from source - drop at destination.
Not pick-pick-pick- drop feature.
Await some valuable inputs how to achieve this.

HI Malay,
You can work with your Warehouse Order Creation Rules and you can set up those rules and limits as per your requirements.

You need to specify stock removal rule and specify stock type search sequence in EWM.
Assign Stock removal rule to Stock type in EWM.
The stock removal search sequence contains information about the storage types in which the system is to search for stock and the order in which it is to sort the stock found. The stock removal rule specifies the order in which the system is to sort the individual quants.
● Storage Bin Determination for Stock Removal
Storage bin determination for stock removal occurs automatically when warehouse tasks (WTs) are created.
● Stock Removal
EWM contains stock removal strategies to simplify your search for the correct product to be removed from stock. According to the stock removal strategy, EWM selects the storage type and exact storage bin from which you can pick the product that is to be removed from stock.
● Packing
● Loading
Then try creating warehouse task without exception code NEXT
