Hi Experts,
Our current project runs on SAP PI 7.0 and have a plan to migrate to PO 7.4 single stack. Please let us know the steps for migration
Please find the below clarifications required for the migration of PI 7.0 to PO 7.4
1.Is it possible to migrate directly to PO 7.4?
As per checking SAP PI 7.1 migration will have the below procedure
a)SAP PI 7.1 dual stack to sap pi 7.31 dual stack
b)SAP 7.31 dual stack to SAP PO 7.4 single stack
For migrating SAP PI 7.0 to SAP PO 7.4 do we need to follow the above steps
2.All the below adapters are supported after migration to PO 7.4?
JMS
SOAP
IDOC
RFC
FTP
SFTP
3.All the JMS specific configurations available in PI 7.0 will be available in SAP PO?
4.How the http/SOAP adapters behave in PO single stack?
5.Why do we need to choose PO single stack over dual stack?
6.Are there any tools for migrating the SAP PI 7.0 to SAP PO (apart from directory content migration tool)?
7.How the ESR content will be migrated ?do we have any specific tools other than exporting and importing the objects?
8.what is the license cost for the migration tools?
Request you to provide the above clarifications?
Regards,
Ramya
