SPROXY:No connection to integration builder

hi friends..

While i am trying to access the transaction <b>sproxy</b> in my receiver R/3 system i am getting message saying "<b>No connection to integration builder</b>(only local data visible)"..

I searched in xi forums also.. i couldn't find any solution for that.. Please anybody an help me .. to solve this problem... I am trying to solve last three hours.. Please help to solve this issue...

See the below link, it was already refered above , see accordingly , RFC destination and gateway configured or not.
