CHARM Email Hyperlink

Good day Everyone,

I have an email with CHARM hyperlink,i have the done and completed the mail form configuration,

which includes the support consultant to click on the url to open the request for change as soon as they receive an email.

One of the requirements from my client is that once the support consultant clicks on the URL it should open the request for change either on edit or display mode(This is possible via the CRM object action either A,B or C) but the problem the URL does not open the request for change instead it goes to the search field screenshot (1) instead of screenshot (2)

Thank you very much for the response, but unfortunately I am not using smarts forms but rather mails forms.
