Hello everyone,
Suppose the following data (Activity tracking in a company):
Month | ProjectName | DepartmentA | DepartmentB | DepartmentC | TotalSpentTime |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Jan | Pa | 20% | 60% | 20% | 10 man.days |
Jan | Pb | 10% | 50% | 40% | 20 man.days |
Feb | Pa | 30% | 40% | 30% | 10 man.days |
Feb | Pb | 60% | 10% | 30% | 50 man.days |
How to read the first line :
Within a company, 3 business departments A, B and C, are working together to achieve a bunch of projects.
In january, project Pa has spent 10 man.days including 20% from Department A, 60% from Department B and 20% from Department C.
In Lumira, by adding new calculated dimensions, I get the following :
Month | ProjectName | spentTimeA | spentTimeB | spentTimeC | TotalSpentTime |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Jan | Pa | 2 m.d | 6 m.d | 2 m.d | 10 m.d |
Jan | Pb | 2 m.d | 10 m.d | 8 m.d | 20 m.d |
Feb | Pa | 3 m.d | 4 m.d | 3 m.d | 10 m.d |
Feb | Pb | 30 m.d | 5 m.d | 15 m.d | 50 m.d |
My need :
I'd like to get a pie chart displaying the number of spent man.days per department.
As far as I understood, I need to have a data source like this one :
Departement | SpentTime |
---|---|
DepartmentA | 37 m.d |
DepartmentB | 25 m.d |
DepartmentC | 28 m.d |
Which is to say that I need to switch columns an rows, like a Transpose in Excel...
Do you think there is a way to make it, right in Lumira, or do I need Excel to prepare my data ?
Many thanks in advance for your precious help.
