Problem on SRM logon

Hello we are using SRM 5.0.

We had copy our development server to a new one but we have problem :

When I want to access to SRM with ITS I have an error :

The following error text was processed in the system BM1 : System error

The error occurred on the application server FRPARSRBM1_BM1_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

Function: ICF_ATTACH_ITS_PLUGIN of program SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME

Form: EXECUTE_REQUEST_FROM_MEMORY of program CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP

Function: HTTP_DISPATCH_REQUEST of program SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME

Module: %_HTTP_START of program SAPMHTTP

In ST22 there is no DUMP and in SM21 in can see those message :

W08 ITS, invalid request method http

W03 ITS, could not generate user session

D01 Transaction Canceled ITS_P 001 ( )

IN fact I have publish all our services in INTERNAL site, but nothing changed...

What can I do?

Please try this ->

SICF Transaction settings is now mandatory since integrated ITS is used in SRM.

Before integrated ITS, no SICF was necessary..

thanks, Atul, I read a lot of post but don't really help me.

I didn't understand what i had (and if i have ) to do with that :

Did you check that ICM was working correctly (TA SMICM) ?

1-Activate the necessary ICF services

With transaction SICF and locate the

services by path

/sap/public/bc/its/mimes

/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui

2- Publish the IAC Services

With Transaction SE80 locate from

the menu Utilities -> Settings ->

Internet Transaction Server (Tab) ->

Publish (Tab) and set “On Selected

Site” = INTERNAL.

3- Locate the Internet Services SYSTEM and WEBGUI.

Publish these services with the Context

Menu -> Publish -> Complete Service

4- Browse to http://<server>:<icmport>/sap/bc/gui/

sap/its/webgui/! and login to the

webgui.

Hi

Please take help of BASIS guys. Ensure that using Transaction - SMICM - Web Services on ITS are running correctly.

Ensure that all Services are published correctly on all defined Internet Sites in SRM System.

Any Error logs, generated in RZ20, SM21, SLG0, SLG1, or ST22 transactions ? Please paste the details here.

Hi,

Ensure that all the services (HTTP/HTTPS) are activated.Also check all the settings for ITS esp. the entries in table TWPURLSVR.

Also see the memory parameters maintained for the internal ITS in RZ11.

Finally refresh the ITS memeory/cache (transcn SITSPMON) and try to login again.

Hi Eileen

Check 2 things:

1) I hope http and/or https have been defined. (You can see in SMICM-->Goto->Services.

Do you see entries for http and/or https here ?

2) Activate all the services in SICF (you can restrict activation to only required services later. Check SRM config guide to know which services should be activated. )

3) Pl check & maintain TWPURLSVR table entries in SM30

Problem solved, Not due to publlishing service...but due to a server technical part, i don't no more
