Error: SAP.BPC.Services.Application.ErrorHandler.SystemOfflineException

Re: BPC 10.0.13.0

We load data every night through the Data Manager by means of an SSIS package. The package includes a number of logic scripts which transform and push the data to other models. It has been running for fine for years.

The last 2 nights however it has ended with Failed status and the following error message:

[LOGIC_SCRIPT_NAME_HERE] Error

Cannot initialise writeback component: Exception of type

SAP.BPC.Services.Application.Errorandler.SystemOfflineException

The log detail indicates that tasks up to this logic script completed successfully. In fact the log also shows that the records were selected by the script but were not written and the package terminated at that point.

Can anyone advise what the problem might be?

Hi Alan,

maybe there are issue in the writeback tables, verify if lck<Application> and sgData<X><Application> tables are emtpy if not delete the records and restart sendGovernor com+.
