Dependent requiremet-changes/rescedule

Hi,

I have raw material for which (53)requirements getting generated  for single day  based upon demand

i had maintained daily lot size  and run mrp  then its showing properly in mdo4

mrp run also scheduled back ground in morning once again requirement getting generated on sinlge day(53)

Hi,

Demand is maintained in planning plant for fert material MD61- MTS-40 strategy  -2 year schedule- with special key(transfer from another plant)

mrp run is  scheduled back ground for both the plants

bom/routing maintained in production plant

based upon demand----planned order is getting generated for fert/semi finished

pr for raw material in production plant

particular raw material- (53) requirements getting generated in single day

how to reschedule this 53  requirement-

changed lot sizeof raw material to to Tb- daily  then run mrp its requirements gets distributed

but in morning once again  53 requirements get generated on particular date
