Hi Alex,

This is because you are running SolMan 7.1 with support package stack 13, which is designed to work with Basis 7.02 sp16, not sp17. SAPKITL71014 would be sp14 for Solution Manager itself (the ST component), which isn't released yet. That, and Basis sp17, will be part of the next sp stack.

So, the bottom line is, wait, and import these together as part of the whole stack later. Meanwhile, if there are improvements you are trying to achieve, apply the Notes for those improvements, if possible.

Cheers,

Matt

Hi Matt,

thanks for your answer, at really my problem is that when I try to Database extractor Setup in SOLMAN_SETUP > Managed System Configuration > Finaliza Configuration, I have this error

Unable to execute install/update operation since system <SID> is not configured for HA/DR

I've already tried read and/or implement this notes, without success.

2048654 - SYB: Setup status of HA/DR data collector has red light

2170712 - SYB: DBACOCKPIT, Various Fixes for SAP Configuration Check

1930936 - SYB: DBA Cockpit Self-Monitoring Reports Wrong Errors for HA/DR Data Collectors

Ok, so this is a different issue altogether. Problems with Managed System Configuration are not usually solved by importing a new Basis SP. These kinds of questions are regularly fielded in the space, so best would be to ask a moderator to move this question over there.

Have you completely finished the System Preparation and Basic Configuration steps in SOLMAN_SETUP, with all green lights? Have you fully implemented Note 2048315 (SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP13 - Basic Functions) and all of its prerequisite Notes? In Managed System Configuration, did you get green lights in Enter System Parameters for the DBA Cockpit Connection Status and for the overall step?

Thanks again Matt, I'll close here and open a new message in Solution Manager forum.
