Automatic Task Determination in Notifications.. problem

Recently we implemented the process for automatic task determination in QM Notification explained in this instruction:

Everything worked as expected.

But...

Now we want to make a small change to the process:

When a task is generated it automatically would have 1 week for processing... instead of the way its now creation and close date is the same.

We fond this place.... a step included in the process above:

Field interval and unit is used.

After this the automatic task generation in QM01 has stopped working. The transaction times out.

Is this the place to set processing time for each task?

Hope someone can guide me.

Greetings,

I recently had the same issue. Did the customizing, assigned tasks to the priority, etc. When I tried to determine tasks for my notification the system just froze and I had to close my sessions all together.

I reviewed system customizing and discovered that I didn't maintain a service profile. Use transactiom OIMF or path:

SPRO--Quality management--Quality notifications--Notification processing--Response control--Define response monitoring

Hello Andreas,

You are very right in your observation. I've verified and experienced the same. In fact I never tried this before.I'll come back if I find an answer. Last resort would be to go for OSS.
