SAPConnect. SAPInbox Message forwarded to External Mail

Hi out there,

i'm not able to get a message to sapinbox. In SAP Business Workplace  SBWP the message to SAP LogonUser is automatically convertet/transformet to external mail and the message will be forwarded automatically to SOST.

Where to customize that?

In other systems landscapes it is working fine.

I am sorry, I did not get your question You are not getting mail in SAP Inbox or not able to auto-forward it from SAP Inbox to outside via SOST?

I'm not getting mail in SAP Inbox. If i use the coding for to do that. the sapinbox mail is automatic displayed/sent as external e_mail.



I used exact the same coding snippet in different landscape and it works perfect.


even if i try to use "send message to sapuser" in sbwp it shows the same reaction....-> external email

  • SU01 / SU01D -> Communication Method associated to user
