Window within window

Hi experts,

on the enterprise buyer page I can open standard ebp links without any problems, but whenever I try to open a SUS link, the window opens within the window.

What can I do?

Kind regards,

Barbara

Hi Barbara,

that's the way like it is. SUS is not supposed to be managed via the SRM pages.

It counts as an own application.

Option to avoid too many windows are calling SUS as one application (like SRM)

or the integration of SUS in SAP Portal.

Thanks,

Claudia

Thanks - important hint ...

could you please tell me the standard URL of sus?

is it something like http://<host>:<port/sap/bc/bsp/sap/srmsus_logon?

Then the next question is an activated single sign on really necessary for this

server or is there any other soulution?

Hi

Please try this ->

Few Links ->

-

Few OSS notes ->

--------------------------------
Note 725124 - EBP opened in a new screen (without browser buttons)
Note 794390
1023557 Contract: "Back to Item Overview" link opens new window
915116 Logoff in SUS Screen Results in BSP error
920411 Logout of SRMSUS leads to SUS start page before exiting
Note 948221 - SRM-SUS: Static HOOK_URL for catalog

Incase this does not help, please raise an OSS message with SAP as well.

Incase you need any assistance, let me know.

Hope this will help.

Hi Barbara,

the standard linkk for SUS is:

http://<host>:<port/sap/bc/bsp/sap/srmsus/default.htm

SSO is necessary when you have several applications.

When it is used alone, it it not fully needed. I always have

it implemented and do not differentiate.

Thanks,

Clauida

Hi Barbara

SUS is normally used by Suppliers and SRM is normally used by Employees/Purchasers.

In most of the cases, you do not need SSO for this.

Best regards
