Hi,
I have followed below link and performed the suggested steps (Case 2) so that the users in ECC system should be re-directed to Solution Manager for Job scheduling -
But it does not seem to work and all the users are able to Create / Change jobs in SM36 and SM37 in the ECC system.
SAP solution Manager 7.1 SP12 and ECC - EHP4 SAP ERP 6.0
Please suggest.

Hi Nisha,
Please check the exception values in the CRIT transaction of your managed system (not solman.)
in the profile you have created check the values for the user maintained

ok..let us try again.
In CRIT transaction
the users whom you want to re-direct maintain there USER ID in Select single value and
whom you want an exception like basis admin etc should be in the EXCLUDE single value.
i hope this resolves
