you can use PAR1 flexible data also. with % of position you can see according to your selection of fields in out-put display.

Go to se16>HRP1001

input the Obj id as: P

input the PERNR and you can see all the relationships (all the positions)

Please go to transaction PP01, select the object as position

Enter your position ID click on relation ship button after that click on overview button.

This is one way of finding out

otherwise, please go SE16 and HRP1001 as per the above post
