Slt jobs issue

HI,

WE are on Slt sp9 system and had set of questions linked to replication.our source is sap and target is oracle.

in our Slt system we observed that there are jobs running for long time which does not show anything in logs so not sure which table replication is this linked to.

any idea or way we. can trace out?

ALso our all initial load were over except bseg for which we defined 4 parallel job but m observing same logs in all jobs linked to bseg..

logs of daTa load job - bseg transfer started 2 , what's does it mean and why Is same. Segment log in all replication. Load job. our few process failed too due to duplicate records and hence status still in initial replication only.any idea how we can process just failed ones ??

nothing is shown as processing in data monitor tab still replication job is running.. what can be issue. Pls advice.
