Hi,

In CJ20N, navigate to the activity you want to check

Click on the activity

Then in the system status of the activity click on blue 'i' icon

Select Menu - Extras - Change Documents - ALL

Click All Changes

Here you can get the status activated CRTD when it was activated etc with the user ID. This should answer your query.

This can be done if you have activated the change document in your configuration
