replace "Enterprise Shopping" header text in SRM UI Addon

We have a requirement to edit the "Enterprise Shopping" header text in SRM UI Addon , as shown below.
Any suggestion how to begin this? Appreciate your inputs.

check examples given in pragraph 2.2.3 to replace standard texts in User Interface from "SAP SRM Add-On 1.0 Extensibility Cookbook" being part of OSS note 1830075 - User-defined fields: Preparation and use
