ITS is not working

Hello to all!

I am trying to use ITS, but it's not working.

The services is activated:

mimes is activated:

WebGUI (/default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/) is activated too:

I can login into ITS:

But after login it's loading and loading... loading... loading...

I tried to deactivate/activate these services, but it didn't help. How can I fix it ? Thanks!!

Transaction SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL is fixed my problem
