Hi All,
We do have a requirement to restrict the validity date in Quantity contract beyond 15-30 days for some Customers .
Ex: Customer 1:
Quantity contract : 22XXXXXX456
Valid from : 01.07.2015 Valid to : 31.07.2015
Requirement : The Valid to date should not allow to be extended more than 30 days for Customer 1 i.e not more than 31.08.2015 .
Kindly suggest any standard work arounds if available.
Regards,
SRK
Hi Kumar,
You can create a Contract profile.
SPRO--> Sales and Distribution -->Sales --> Sales document --> Contracts --> Contract Data
Define Rules For Determining Dates
Create a rule or use rule "53" as per your requirement
Now go to Define Contract Profiles and create a profile and assign "53" or the newly created rule to the contract profile.
Assign the contract profile to the Sales document type.
Hopefully this should work.
Thanks
Kashif

Hi
There is no standard solution for this. You have to go for userexit already suggested by Joan.
