GRC PC 10.1: Unable to get username in the risk analysis report received through the CCM automated job for a SoD Business Rule

Hi Experts,

I am performing the automated monitoring in GRC PC 10.1 using the SoD subscenario. I have created the SoD type data source and the business rule. I have assigned the rule to a control and scheduled an automated job. I am getting the results in the work inbox of the appropriate control owner.

Now, the issue is that the risk analysis result that I get in the automated job result does not contain the user name column whereas if I run the risk analysis directly form AC I am able to view usernames.

Is there any way to configure the result in such a way that the control owner is able to see the User Names as well in addition to the existing columns.

The result displayed based on fields available in settings and filters of result

check for user name in settings
