EAM : Security Audit Log not updated though Action Usage Sync is working

Dear GRC Experts,

We are facing a peculiar issue, in EAM when the Firefighter Log Sync is run, the system is fetching and updating the action usage details in table GRACACTUSAGE. But table GRACAUDITLOG is not getting updated.

Accordingly consolidated log report is not showing any entries. We are puzzled as to why one of the tables is not getting updated though the data is being fetched from the plug-in system.

We are running SAP GRC Access Control 10.1 SP 10.

Please help us solve this peculiar issue.

Thanks everyone. The issue is rectified.

The problem was that though there both the systems were in the same time zone, there was a 1.5 minute difference in time.

The problem was rectified by correcting the time in the GRC system.

Check the SM19 transaction and Time Zone.
