Getting null point error while posting contract invoice .

Hi Experts,

We are working on SAP PI 7.1 in production server while posting some invoices we are getting this error .

Any help would be appreciated.Its very urgent.

what is the scenario?

Is it the Soap>if yes,check the for Soap header details

Hi Raghuraman,

Yes it is Soap-to-RFC sync scenario.I need to check the WSDL header or in message mapping payload details.could you elaborate in detail.

Hello Shaik,

you have any custom soap header added? Just check all the values in that like passwords, keys everything is valid.

If everything is fine, check the payload by testing in message mapping.

Hi Raghuraman,

Implementation of this project is already done by different team.Now it is on support production server.While we are posting the invoices from Ariba to SAP we are getting this type of error.

Any mapping issue ?But in the error it is not showing any mapping issue.Showing some null pointer exception any UDF mapping issue ?

Hello Shaik,

Did you check the Payload in mapping?

check for the RFC also ,whether it is accepting the payload.

And also refer this note-1786611(might be helpful)
