Hello!
I'm implementing the scenario plan driven procurement with supplier integration. (MM-SUS) Now I'm able to show my suppliers their purchase orders - but is there also a way to give them access to the purchase requisitions via SUS?
Thanks in advance,
Barbara
Hi Barbara,
no, Reqs are not part of the SUS-MM Scenario.
Why do you want to give Suppliers access to Reqs?
Thanks,
Claudia

Hi Barbara,
one application for your requirement is SAP ICH (Inventory Collaboration Hub).
It is part of the SCM Suite.
Besides you can also work with a report giving the supplier an overview.
Via SUS you will not get the Reqs. Modification of SUS is pretty difficult and often
not worth the effort.
Thanks,
Claudia
Hi Claudia,
what did you exactly mean by: "Besides you can also work with a report giving the supplier an overview."?
This sounds intersting for me.
How can I implement this into my scenario with Plan Driven Procurment?
Could you be so kind and give me a detailed description about what you thought about?
Thanks for your help,
Barbara
Hi Barbara,
as there is no standard overview available, we implemented a customer report
accessable via the Portal, which also contains all the Supplier relevant applications.
We used a reports based on apab from ECC and integrated the report into the
Portal. Via authorization objects the access to the relevant data is ensured.
It is also possible using a BW report and integrate the report into the launch pad
for the supplier.
Thanks,
Claudia

Hi,
It is not possible to view purchase requisitions in ICH ,but it is possible for the supplier to see the customers demand via the PO collaboration scenario using ICH.But Purchase requistions is an internal document which the supplier will surely be not able to view. But there is a scenario in ICH called the Dynamic Replenishment where the customer could send his demand to ICH but again this only the aggregated demand(which could include PR,PO etc) not PR seperately

Arun
