Probation Period Report

Dear all,

I am having 1 month exp in SAP ABAP.But now I am in SAP ABAP HR. I have a report regarding "the manager should receive a mail on 1st of every month regarding the confirmation of probation candidates".

Please provide me some idea regarding this and also tell me some syntax to do......I'll do the R&D and do the report.

There are things which Functional consultant should also do.

Such probationary periods are maintained in infotype 19 with a specific task type.  It will have the start date as the probationary end date or next date; and reminder date = this end date - a specific no.of days (as configured for the creation of the record through dynamic actions, when the employee is hired). 

This record is used for reporting when such task is due. 

The report is run with transaction S_PH0_48000450 (this is also under the menu option Human Resources > Personnel Management > Info System > Reports > Employee - Date Monitoring),

Also variants can be set up to run this regularly as a batch job, daily overnight to select all employees with such task with the reminder due next day.
