Not able to take dump into excel from webgui login

Dear

as some of user are using webgui for sap login now they are not able to take DUMP in to excel for small report when they login from WEBGUI and normally same dump came  in excel in SAPGUI login

if you any suggestion kindly share

Dear,

You can try to save the document in to excel file from Tab from Menu bar -> SYSTEM (tab) -> List -> Save -> Local File -> Spreadsheet.

You can browse the folder where you want to save it and then save it.

You can always then open the file and rearrange it according to how you want it to be.
