Product category upload

Dear All

I had picked the template from system for product category master data to upload in Sourcing10. I have filled all the required column in the template including Business_system and uploaded with 220 values. The result is successful. But i am not finding any single entry in 'Product_category' under Master data in Sourcing system. What might be the reason?

Hi, Go to product caregory --> click on modify search and select different combinations of filters. Let me know if this works.   Regards, Geetika

Thank you Geetika and Rose.

Actually the values were available in the system but it just follows the last value search under 'modify search' option and showing none. Hence there was confusion.

When you did the import, how were you logged in - meaning what  user were you logged in as?  Thanks.

I have logged in with my personal user account.

Do i need to do this upload with 'enterprise' user id?

I was checking for being logged in as "system" but you weren't so this is good.

Can you send a screenshot of the details of the import?

I tried with 'enterprise' user id as well. But no result.

Still the i could not see any product categories.
