SAP ME SDK central vs local

Hi , We have team size of 3 developers who would be developing SAP ME custom objects . Will the following set-up is OK  or am i missing something . 1. Local  -Each developer machine would have  NWDS 2. Central  - NWDI on SAP Net weaver 7.3 . Developers can configure in their NWDS 3.Central - SAP ME development system with development licence

Hello,

1. Each developer must have local NWDS and local NW with SAP ME installed for local testing

2. Central NWDI server to synchronize custom code

3. Can have multiple test servers with SAP ME installed to test customizations
