Need to hide the roles for showing up in Access control Request

Hello Everyone,

I have uploaded some FF roles in GRC system and when i am trying to search for some roles the FF roles are coming by default as they have access to almost everything(trx. permissions etc.). Is there a way the FF roles stay in the system but would hide up or no one can select them while creating a CUP request?

Hello Gagan,

You can change the role status in NWBC under role maintenance by opening the required role

Well,

you can restrict on role naming convention,

if FF role are not to be selected then GRAC_ROLEP will help,

but this will not allow any end use to select FF role.
