Restrict Message processor to see other module tickets in ITSM.

Hi all,

We have configured ITSM in solution manager SP13. We have a requirement that  message processor will not be able to see other modules tickets when he is searching for incidents.

and we can restrict changing priority of ticket to module lead only. Message processor or the Team assigned not able to change the priority of the ticket.

Please suggest.
