Prompts disappear in report panel under UserInput prompt

Hi Experts,

We have done the reports using some prompts in query filters but sometimes prompts are disappearing in report panel under UserInput Prompt when the user opens the report.

Can anyone help me on this issue.

Hi Ravi,

1. Reset the BI Launchpad preferences for that user.

2. Reset the Internet explorer setting and delete the History and Cache of Local machine explorer.

Does the issue comes in both Interactive as well as Advanced mode?

Is this issue coming with single user or multiple users?

Single machine or multiple machines?

If it comes in Advanced mode, then you might have to check the Java version and update installed.

User is facing the issue with View mode in BI-Launchpad.

Issue for single user only.

Single machine only.

Maybe the user is opening sometimes the report and sometimes the latest instance?

Hi Victor,

We have not yet scheduled any reports, developed the reports in BI-Launcpad and asked the user to test the reports in her system, when she tries to open the report in BI-launchpad the prompts are disppeared in report panel sometimes under UserInput prompt.
