SRM standard reports/SQ01 queries without BI

Hi,

We have SRM standard reports in portal under Operational Purchaser role.

We are not able to see POs in the report Purchase Order Status i.e. zero POs in these report and shopping cart status report is working fine.

I have gone through and understood that these are SRM standard SQ01 queries.

Please suggest why this report is not working.

Best Regards,

Siddappa

Hi Laszlo,

Thank you Laszlo,

I have checked the LPD_CUST and the parameters are mianitained correctly.

The portal iView parameters are also fine.

The report is still not working i.e. there are no POs in the report.

Thanks & Regards,

Siddappa

Dear Siddappa,

please recheck the users authorization. Missing authorizatons can cause similar problems.

Hi Laszlo,

I have checked the authorization. User is having authorization to POWL queries.

Will the Purchase Order status report works in Classic Scanario?

The POs are created in ECC backend system.

Hi Siddappa

Firstly I think you can use the SRM reports for Purchase orders created only via SRM system in

the classic scenario .

Try these steps :

1. Check the user who is executing the reports has the strategic or operational purchase roles

2. Try to execute the report from backend using SQ01 by selecting the user group as shown below and try to excute from backend .It should show you the list ideally .. which means you only have to configure it on Portal .

3.However  If this does not work you can take help from an ABAPer to debug or raise to SAP .

4. In case of portal usage it is necessary to set link between LPD_CUST role and iView. This customizing is available on the Content Administration tab:

Refer screenshots and links below for your reference.

Hi All,

Thank you very much for your valuable inputs.

SAP has confirmed that the these reports will not work in SRM in classic scenario.

If we still want to make it work then we have to assign the Harmonized SRM and ECC roles.
