Submit tab and add attachment tab not available for Firefighter User while sending additional infor to FF Controller

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue while EAM FF log review process for GRC 10.1 . The Firefighter user is not able to submit the additional information to Firefighter controller as the Submit tab and add attachment tab is not available with Firefighter User.

For testing purpose , I assigned Firefighter User with SAP ALL but still issue is not fixed.

Please advice if any setting or configurations required for the same.

Hello,

if the submit button is not visible it's either missing authorization (but since you have added SAP_ALL I don't think so) or wrong configuration. Did you check if the workflow item has been created successfully? Does the item appear in the workinbox? Does the workitem has an error state?

What can happen is that the Controller who forwards the request to the Firefighter does not have proper authorization and hence the workitem gets an error status. Therefore check note: http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2053139

Please do share some screenshots as well as the debug log of the workflow (transaction GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD).

Hi Alessandro,

Please find screenshot for reference I have added additional authorizations as per SNOTE to users but still the return tab for firefighter user through which he can send additional information to FF controller is missing and notes for Firefighter agent is disabled please suggest.

Have you verified following SAP note ?

2152875 - Firefighter User cannot find the Return button in the workflow

Apply this if applicable.

The issue is with Firefighter User as Return tab is not available with the user for sending additional information to Firefighter Controller so please assist is any specific authorizations or any note related to return tab for Firefighter user .
