Hi ,
When I enter Tcode SXMB_IFR it is showing Error like 2:Error while reading configuration for secure communication.
So please give me solutions to resolve that issue.

We use sxmb_ifr t code to go to java stack from the abap stack of PI system.
You can directly open the java stack, just by going to a browser in your client network, and the url format will be
hostname & port are the specific details your PI system.
The issue is with the configuration in the abap stack because of which it is throwing the error.
Also, refer the link provided by raghu, and follow step by step and let us know if you get struck anywhere. Then experts can guide you accordingly.

Try opening this link first
http://<host>:<Port>/dir/start/index.jsp
Replace host and port with your PI System.
Go->Windows->host file ,maintain PI entries.
Check for any proxy settings

Check also the the LCRSAPRFC and INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI connections in the sm59 works. (For PI dual stack).
