Hi Expert
I have been using the Fixed Assets Module in SAP Business One Ver: 9.0 PL-5.
The Auto Depreciation runs until the last period of the fiscal year. all automatic depreciations for the fiscal year is executed from 2014-2015.
but the Closing balances carry to next year shows the differences in opening balance of the 2015 fiscal year.
I Found that when i use the Fixed Asset Auto Depreciation run formula was working fine for the new assets which is created in that year based on the capitalization
posted. but the previous year Asset carrying is calculating wrongly, bcz the formula not considering the Net book values of Dec -2014 on jan-2015 auto depreciation runs.
Please suggest how to solve the problem.
Regards,
Mukesh
Hi Experts,
Here the following Screen shots of attachments below:
1)The Fiscal year change from 2014 - 2015.
2) Auto depreciation runs shows the wrong values.
3) The Configuration of the Depreciation Types.
The Configuration is working for the year 2014 till the end of the Dec on monthly basis. When it comes to Fiscal year Execution
the Values of the Jan 2015 is not the correct values calculations.
Please suggest how to resolve the problem.
Regards,
Mukesh.

Hi Experts,
1) The Auto Depreciation Runs working for the year Properly.
i have run for the year 2015.for 12 Months It's values also correct.
2) The Fiscal Year is change as following Steps.
Execution from 2015 to 2016 for new posting periods.
After the successful Completion of the execution.
The Posting period of the January 2016 is Opened and tried to post Auto Depreciation Run.
The following Assets are not visible after successful carry forward of the Opening
Balances.
I tried to update the Asset master configuration like depreciation Types bus the same result.
If i take new asset in the 2016 by posting the capitalization the depreciation run is working again.
suggest how to resolve the problem.
Hi Mukesh
