End User Login "Correctly define the logical connection in CCITS"

Hello,

When we try to login using end user login with LAN User account, we are getting "Correctly define the logical connection in CCITS".

Background information of our system:

There are three connectors configured, two connectors are with the back-end system as Oracle ERP. We configured one connector as LDAP and maintained the User detailed data source as LDAP.

All the configuration and connector settings are verified, but we are not able to resolve the issue.

Kindly need your valued inputs.

Regards,

John

Hi,

Have you configured Maintain Connection Settings for the target connector for:

AUTH    Authorization Management

PROV    Provisioning

ROLMG    Role Management

SUPMG    Super User Privilege Management ?

Thanks

The issue is resolved - the suggestion from Katrice - was OK - but everything was fine in my systems - the issue was - In Maintain Global Provisioning Settings under User Provisioning, the connector was pointing to wrong system - it was changed to point to correct connector and the issue was resolved.

Thanks to all.

Sorry - That was "Data Source configuration" had some connector error, which was modified and resolved. - NOT user prov settings.

Check in Table GRACCONNSTAT if entry exist,

If this table in empty , system will throw message ‘Unable to locate Connecto or CCITS  message’. You should maintain this table using SPRO>>GRCàAccess Controls >>Maintain Connector settings.

ensure you have maintained connector properly in common component settings.

Dear John,

make sure that you have defined the scenarios for the connector. Go to SPRO >GRC > Common Component Settings > Maintain Connection Settings and add AUTH, PROV, ROLEMG and SUPMG to the connector.

Let us know if it works.
