Hi,
During the initial synchronization of the SAP Rounds Manager 3.0 we are facing an issue that we get frequent communication error when app tries to download complex tables for which there is a lot of data at the backend.
each time i do an initial sync I get the following errors
..\agentry\netmsg.cpp#280:NetMessage::respond
or
software caused connection abort.
also from the smp server logs i could see the following error
XFailedToSendResponse (622, 6, 72, dmur, ), ..\agentry\netmsg.cpp#280:NetMessage::respond |

At first glace this looks like a network timeout with a proxy or network edge appliance. I would suggest engaging with your network team to understand if there are timeouts that could be disconnecting your connection while the CT download is processing in the backend.
