Schema Mapping: SAP CRM <-> hybris Marketing

Hey folks!

Thanks a lot for sharing all the information and tutorials in your blog.

I already found some information about how to setup SLT to load data from a SAP CRM or ERP system.

I am just confronted with the following scenario:

# hybris Marketing and SAP CRM are on seperate Netweaver systems

# these systems are using the same SAP HANA database

Maybe you can help to anser these questions:

1. Is there a guide to map the relevant data from the CRM System to hybris Marketing?

2. Is it necessary to duplicate all the relevant data or is it possible to link the data from on schema to the other?

Hi Christian,

All the product documentation is available under http://help.sap.com/mkt

You are using scenario C from the installation guide and in this all you have to do is schema mapping so that hybris can read all the relevant data from CRM system in real time.

Answers to your questions:

1. schema mapping is just few min task and done using HANA studio

2. No need to duplicate data...by doing schema mapping in HANA, yMKT gets access to all the relevant data in CRM.  SAP_CUAN_CRM could the schema name that you need to map.

Thanks Bharat,

I have few doubts here,

1) So initially no data will be there in SAP_CUAN_CRM later it get populated

2) what if new table is introduced.

3) Can one LT server can be used for CRM and ERP

4) Can we connect multiple CRM and ERP for one HyMarketing.
