Child label for SU label Printing

Hello Experts.

We keep 30 box in one SU ( pallet ),hence all the data will be there in pallet label.

Which is used during TO confirmation via RF.

Hence there is no data in 30 boxes due to which there is no identification of those boxes if required in future transactions.

I am planning to develop a custom transaction to print a child label using the reference of SU number.

Suppose my SU has boxes it shall print 30 label with parent SU number.

Have anyone of you have came across such requirement ?

Please check if my approach is in right direction ?

Is there any way to print 31 label [ 30(Child) + 1(Parent) ]SU label during TO creation ? which will skip the custom label prinitng.

Nesting of SU is not possible in standard, explore the option of using Handling unit management if you want to achieve the same using standard SAP

I don't want nesting in system.

My plan is to use one Pallet (SU) for 30 box.

System will print SU label during TO creation for pallet.

Now i just want to print label for 30 box using SU as reference using custom transaction .

Custom transaction will use SU number and print the label for 30 box .

As mentioned earlier with standard that is not possible however with custom code you can always enhance / modify the system based on your business requirement.
