How to update claim details outside iclcdc01/02 transaction? (SAP FS-CM,claims management)

Hi,

I want to update the Claim procurement details of multiple claims outside of the claims create and change(iclcdc01/02) transactions.

I tried using icl_claim_di function module.

but the field that i need to update is not in the IT_PROC table.

I tried to give the structure name and value in IT_GEN table.

But its giving me error that structures are not mutually convertible.

Is there any other function module for updating procurement details of a claim.

Hi

you have to define evaluation criteria for external services. after evaluation criteria defined, relevant attributes need to be defined for procurement transactions. if it is standard.

else, for non standard evaluation criteria, make criteria available in evaluation BADI.

make criteria available in the external service provider business partner role via BDT.
