Hi Experts,
I've some ATP configured that is to schedule a channel at 3 AM - 5 AM daily. Even though the channel is shown as active (in the Details page, the active mark is ticked), and the channel is not included in the exception list, somehow I check at the Communication Channel Administration Information
page, there's no log telling that the channel is stopped & started by the ATP.
Why is the ATP not working? How to really know if the ATP is working?

Make sure your channel is in Automatic mode and not in manual mode. Automatic mode is necessary for ATP to function.
