Hi,
Our customers are mostly one time customer, who does not have a specified route.
So i have a doubt can a delivery scheduling can be done with out route.
Only on considering pick & pack time ,can we do delivery scheduling?
As we dont want to consider transit time and transportation lead time.
Thanks,
Pradeep M
Why don't you simply determine a dummy route (e.g. PICKUP based on a dedicated shipping condition for one-time customers) and define the corresponding times for it? In this way your standard process (I assume that currently you use pick/pack/loading times based on routes) will not be impacted.

Hi Veselina,
Even we don't require pick & pack time.time. Because we interface with third party software based on setting available in 3rd party software ,dates are confirmed to customer. We receive requested delivery dates, there is no other go we have to fulfill on the requested delivery date.No need to do backward or forward scheduling, based on material availability customer orders are confirmed in 3rd party.
So i am planning not to select delivery scheduling at with respect to sales document type.
Thanks,
Pradeep M
