Making Classification mandatory in cv01n

Hi Experts,

Can anybody guide me how we can make Classification a mandatory fuction in Tcode CV01N that users can not save and exit without doing classification?

any suggestion would be appreciated

Hi Nayeem,

I assigned it to a charactristic for test but it only lead to show the attached information and just an information, the user can save and exit without making classification in this way,

our aim is to making classification mandatory so that the system give an error if not making classification for document.

Hi ,

As per the screen shot shared system will pick the blank value. Try giving only values in characteristics.( eliminate blank) and also try the below.

Can you share the message ID of "Status changed missing values for required class". Try if this message can be changed from Ï" Information to "E "Error.
