Solved: System Monitoring: No CCMSPING data available for ...

Hi Experts,

I am working on setting up CCMS ping availability monitoring for our Landscape via Solution Manager(CEN).

ABAP system status is showing fine in System monitoring(SM_WORKCENTER-->System Monitoring-->System Staus)

For Java system the status is Grey(no CCMSPING data available) where as in RZ20 I can see everything in green and RZ21 ccmsping test is fine.

I already referred to note 1162030 - CCMSPING: Status for Java systems.

Please suggest me if you have come across any such scenario...

Can you see if SAP note 1844559 - Grey status for Java Systems in System Monitoring helps? Kind regards, Roland

The mention note is a direct fix for this issue, by following the above note I was able to fix this issue.
