Also, make sure you have enough resources. See the Lumira PAM

Hi Daniel,

Are you running any Antivirus or Security Solution? (Trend Micro..?) If so can you add Lumira from the scanning exception and try. Security solutions sometimes does not go well with BI Tools.

Please uninstall/reinstall(with a directory cleanup) could resolve this.

It is on my laptop. windows 7 professional. 64 bit version.
