Reverse a delivery which has service item and another item relavent for goods moment

Hi All

I have a scenario where i can not reverse the PGI

I have a delivery which has a item relevant for picking,and Goods moment(PGI) TAN and another item which is a service Item (TAX). i have PGI ed this delivery and now i want to reverse it. In the document flow i see a confirmation of services and goods moment document.when i use VL09 to reverse it ,it doesn't work.

Please let me know if there ia way to reverse the PGI and make changes to the delivery.

I have gone through some of the threads but could not find a solution.

Hello,

It is standard behavior to generate a CONFIRMATION OF SERVICE when you do PGI for service Item.

you cannot cancel or reverse this confirmation of service using VL09.

But TAN item will generate Goods Issue document and can be reversed using VL09, are you saying TAN Item also not getting reversed using VL09?

thaks for your reply.

yes I can not reverse TAN item either Using VL09 . Another behaviors I have noticed is that

iif the delivery has all TAn items on it then VL09 works fine and all the items can be reversed but is the delivery has a service item then I can not reverse PGI
