Not able to connect to Operations server with trial account

Hello Experts,

I am trying to connect to operations server with below details:

url: Management URL (Access via Eclipse HCI plugin)

username:trial user

password: password for keystore (i received only this password under SAP HCI trial program, not sure if it can work here).

if password is wrong then where can i request for correct/new one?

Hi JK,

You are trying with wrong credentials.

Use your SID credentials which we used to access service market place.

How did you requested the trail version? after sending request mail SAP will revert by asking SID's which we can used to login for HCI trail version.

For resetting the password please send a mail to "katrin.von.ahsen@sap.com"

or

hcitrial@sap.com

JK,

Are you able to open HCI launch page on the web browser ?

https://<hciserver>/itspaces

I guess for password change you will have to contact HCI trial program team itself.
