PCR based on Rate

I need to query rate based on comparison  $8.50 please help me

For example If an employee earned amount is 300  and his working hours in a week are 40

370/40 =  9.25/hr so for this scenario its not required to calculate

If an employee earned amount is less than that is $8.50

270/40 = 6.75   that is 8.50 - 6.75 Still we have to make a payment 1.75 How would i query this rule

1.75 have to make a payment in another wagetype
