Hello,
I read the article of David Pugh regarding SAP HANA EIM and I wonder will SDI will replace SLT? As described they both have trigger based replication capabilities. Can someone please explain the different use ?
Thanks,
Amir
First of all SLT will not replaced or will go in maintance.
I cannot find the word trigger anywhere in this blog, but it is true there will be an
integration of EIM with SLT. Which means at the end of the day - Trigger with SLT.
Best, Tobias

HI Tobias,
Thanks for the input. As far as I understand SDI replicates data. See
SAP HANA Academy - SDI: HANA to HANA Replication Tasks [SPS 10] - YouTube
THis is tool even can create partition for replicated tables.
Thanks,
Amir
