Hi,
We are upgrading our solution manager from 7.0 to 7.1. WE are in pre-processing and upgrade failed in "
MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHDIMP/TABIM_REDUCE" phase due to space overflow. We allocated 30G to the SUM directory but F.S became full. After extending the F.S when I tried executing SUM tool I am getting below error. Can someone help?

I want to know if it is possible to fix this and start SUM tool? If not, then what's the best way to reset the upgrade? I can't start the SUM GUI. Is there a way to execute reset command at os level and since it was in shadow import phase how reset is going to cleanup shadow instance? I don;t want to go back to the dba team to restore the db. Please help.

Have you try restarting the full system?
