Message Processor not able to view all tickets

Hi Experts,

we have configured ITSM in Solman 7.1 sp13.

We are facing one issue that processor is not able to view all tickets available in system, its showing only tickets assigned or creted by him and SMIN transaction type's tickets.

I gave SAP_ALL to processor but still its showing tickets which are assigned to him.

Could someone please help me in this.

Hi Rahul,

Please check the authorization object SM_SDK_IBA. Please checked this authorization object in the following KBA - cause section:

1926788 - VAR Key User able to see IBase of all the customers using SOLMANREQU Business role - Solution Manager 7.1
